I lost my TNG card. What can I do?
Here are the steps to report your lost TNG Card:
- Fill in the e-Refund form here or get in touch with Touch N Go via email at careline@touchngo.com.my.
- Provide them with your TNG card 10-digit serial number/manufacturing (MFG) number in order for them to assist in blocking your card and process your refund of any balances, if applicable.
